GUILD OF SACRED HEART

The mission of the Guild of Sacred Heart is to support the cultural center with volunteer manpower, positive public relations and contributions raised from special events.

The Guild of Sacred Heart is the volunteer arm of the organization and the backbone of all activities. Thousands of volunteer hours are committed to hosting programs. Volunteers maintain the Gift Shop, conduct visitor tours, give staff support, assist with the beautification of the grounds and gardens around the building, and support all cultural and fundraising events. Membership in the Guild supports the effort of enabling our community to enjoy this architectural and historic treasure.

Three meetings are held annually for Guild members. At each meetinga kaleidoscope of historical, cultural, and artistic programs educate and entertain members and guests.

Community support is crucial! Through individual and corporate contributions, Sacred Heart Cultural Center can meet the challenges that face it and the needs that confront it daily. Support for our membership, Friends of Sacred Heart, enables us to fulfill an important goal - community involvement. By maintaining a healthy annual membership, Sacred Heart can create and develop support programs for the arts and historic preservation in our community as well as make an impact on the thousands of individuals who visit and enjoy the revitalized Sacred Heart each year.
